Just ordered… What happens now?

Once your order has been received by us you will get an email to confirm your order, usually within hours. Please note that we are unable to change any details after your order has been placed.Turnaround items are at the top of every page on the website.

Turanaround times are working days Mon-Fri. The day you place the order does not count as the first working day.

All orders are made in-house and are cut / printed and made in the order they are received. We do offer a speedy turanaround and delivery service please contact us if you need your order urgent

Once your order has been completed, you will receive an email to confirm dispatch and tracking details for your order.

Orders are shipped via Evri / Royal Mail / Amazon or DPD. Please note that delivery although is sent on next day can take between up to 2 working days. Speedy turnaround are shipped on a next day delivery. Please note we cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery when this has left us

Spend over £49.95 for free delivery. All orders under £49.95 will incur a standard delivery of £3.95

Reporting An Issue?

All damages, mistakes, shortages or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

You must report: Any Damages – Any Missing Items – Any Incorrect Items

Claims submitted outside the 48-hour period will not be accepted.

Photographic evidence of damage must be provided. A photo of the box, the packaging and the damaged item.
